About the Candidate
Responsibilities
As a Civil Project Estimator, you will use a deep understanding of research methodology, data analysis, and estimation metrics to bid on various residential and commercial projects.
You will provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions.
You will have excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
You must be thorough and apt in managing relationships with key persons.
You will provide detailed reports so the company can make informed decisions that will enhance its profitability and growth.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in public/private underground projects
BS degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in Heavy Civil Construction Estimating
Exposure to bidding projects from cradle to grave
Working knowledge of Timberline, HCSS, or equivalent estimating software
