About The Candidate
Responsibilities
As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for developing estimates on heavy civil projects in New Mexico.
The Construction Senior Project Manager position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to:
bid submissions
maintaining business partner relationships
budget preparation
contract risk analysis
quantity take-offs
cost accounting
Qualifications
5+ years experience in water/wastewater treatment plant
BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
Expertise in heavy civil construction
Exposure to large diameter pipe/structural concrete/underground utilities
Knowledge of HCSS or Heavy Bid software
