About The Candidate
Responsibilities
You will work face to face with clients, owners, and engineers in order to complete RFQ’s and RFP’s, and other duties related to Business Development/ Design-Build projects.
You will be detail-oriented, have excellent people skills, and solid knowledge of the heavy civil industry.
You will be capable of doing pre-construction services on any and all awarded projects and will have conceptual estimating skills.
Qualifications
7+ years experience Heavy Highway/Heavy Civil
Solid expertise in excavation, underground utilities, paving, and structures.
Engineering Four-Year Degree required
Working knowledge of HCSS/Bid2Win proficient.
Engineering and Design-Build experience is preferred
