About Ali

I am from Columbus, OH and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Early and Middle Childhood Studies.
The mountains were calling and I moved to Park City in 2014. I worked with children for a couple of years, but decided to pursue a career in the construction recruiting field after learning about the industry and realizing how much of a difference it makes in others lives.
My father was sought out for an opportunity by a recruiter that strengthened his career, and I would like to provide others with the same experience.

What I love about recruiting:

I love chatting with new people, learning about them and their goals. It is so rewarding to know that you have helped someone advance in their career and build their life.

It is essential to learn about the person you are working with so you know the candidate and company culture will complement each other.
