They have an urgent recruitment need for a project manager & Superintendent.They are looking for top-notch candidates with project experience above $20M and proven track records of providing excellent customer relations. Position :Experienced Project Manager needed for a multi-million dollar ground-up project and continued growth. The successful candidate will have experience with large commercial projects (20M+). Must have 5+ years with each employer in your history. No "jumpy" candidates will be reviewed. Candidates who have experience with a self-performing contractor will be given preference. Experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments. Experience working with P3/6 and basic Microsoft Office is preferred. Candidate must have the ability to direct and have strong leadership skills.


Qualifications :Four year college degree in Construction Management/Engineering field preferred but not mandatory.Project experience with strong work ethic and ability to contribute to a great work environment.5+ years with each employer in your history. Must show proven track record of employment.Skill in managing multiple projects with precision and speed.Sound economic-thinking, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound, informative decisions.Able to establish and maintain positive and profitable internal and external customer relations and service.


Compensation :$130,000- $165,000 (DOE) salary + bonus incentive plan.Monthly car allowance and company gas card.Medical, dental & vision benefits provided for you and your family — Nothing out of pocket.Three weeks of vacation per year.4-6% company match 401K, life insurance, and profit sharing.
