Opportunity :

Family owned commercial general contractor looking to expand in Central Ohio. Currently they have a large backlog of ground up projects and are forecasting tremendous growth over the next few years. This firm is based on quality self-performing work and has excellent relationships with clients in several key areas of the commercial market including; Office, Government, Higher Education, K-12 and Tech/Lab projects. They are a very focused design/build firm and put a lot of focus on their preconstruction and virtual design work. Candidates should have a focus on creating excellent relationships with internal employees, sub-contractors, and other vendors as this is very important to this management team.


Position : Immediate need for an experienced Superintendent to help with large ongoing ground-up projects, must have wood-frame experience. Create an excellent preconstruction experience for clients and create excellent relationships with sub-contractors and other vendors. Candidates with a focus on TI/Retail experience or limited ground-up experience won’t be accepted. The successful candidate will have experience with coordinating all construction activities on large commercial projects. Candidates must have experience running large projects, creating and managing their own CPM schedules, and managing internal self-performing crews. A proven track record of not only work history but project success and happy clients is essential. Candidates who are "jumpy" or have moved around and worked with several firms and have not shown long term commitment need not apply. Experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments and follow a project from preconstruction through punchlist
